Exam preparation

As the final exam time is looming, I hope this information helps you focus on what areas you need to prepare. Make sure you have completed and emailed the assignment before you sit for the exam. (Email address ayeleabebea@gmail.com).

Here are the 3 important areas

1.   Using examples from your assignment, you should be able to describe and explain   a)  The overall goal of your project     b) the planning process    c) the scheduling techniques you used      d) the controlling techniques you applied   e)  the monitoring and evaluation plan  

2.     You should be able to draw a complete Project Planning Matrix (PPM) of your project demonstrating how the logic works.        

3.    Based on your end-of-project evaluation report , you should be able to write  the lessons you learned from the assessment  in terms of the project      

 a) relevance   b) efficiency  c) effectiveness  d) sustainability   e) impact
